Shipping:

Before going through the average delivery times and shipping costs, it is necessary to understand the process of fulfillment.

Our supplier has facilities located both in the United States and the European Union. All products are designed by our team (Cute Love Gifts), fulfilled on demand by our partner company and shipped directly from their fulfillment center. You can receive your orders either from the USA or EU, which is based on your location and current stock levels. The orders are shipped via partner courier companies: USPS, FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, and DPD.

All orders can be tracked.

With family and friends spread across the country or even world, online gift shopping may be a very convenient way of gift-giving as you can put a different shipping and billing addresses in our web store.

The average time needed to process your order (craft, print and/or personalize the piece) is between 1 and 3 business days (depends on product).

The table represents the average delivery time, which is the time from the moment you pay on the website until the moment you receive the product.

Delivery times may fluctuate a bit depending on external factors such as holidays, weather conditions and etc.

Returns:

Any claims for defected or damaged products must be submitted within 4 weeks after a product has been received. If the package was lost in transit, the claim must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Due to item personalization, our store does not accept returns and exchanges based on buyer's remorse claim.

If you want to claim defects and / or return a product, it is mandatory to contact us via this form first and our customer support agents will guide you through the rest of the process. We will not accept returns for which you haven't contacted us beforehand!

Payment Methods:

Payments are securely processed via multiple world-renowned payment providers that you can choose during checkout. 

  • PayPal is our primary payment gateway. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay directly with your credit or debit card. This is the feature which PayPal introduced lately, and is currently available in some countries.
  • 2Checkout is our secondary payment gateway which enables direct credit card processing that is, contrary to PayPal, available worldwide.
  • We can also accept cryptocurrency bitcoin payments via Bitpay.
