What's this website about?

Well, let's put it this way, it's the store of love. Sounds abstract, but actually it is exactly that, the store of love. Plus, we make cool blog posts about interesting love stories!

Who runs this website?

The same people who founded then called @love.romance.quotes Instagram account (now @cutelovegifts). We're 2 couples from Croatia. We prefer to stay private, but if you need to give us names, call us Ms. and Mr. Love, and Ms. and Mr. Romance.

Will you ever tell us your real names?

Maybe one day. ;)

Where are the products coming from?

Products are manufactured by our partner company, a family business which is located in NY, United States. We've aimed for uniqueness, durability, and reliability. All of the products are vetted for quality before being listed in the store.

How can I personalize the product I want to buy?

The products which can be personalized are marked with #personal on product photo and you will notice the Engraving box on the product page. Instructions are written in the product description. Some products have multiple variants that can be personalized in different ways, so make sure to select the correct variant for the type of engraving you choose. If you get confused, just let us know.

How I can pay?

We use PayPal as the main payment gateway, which means you can either pay with your PayPal account or directly by a credit or debit card. PayPal accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Not all customers are allowed to pay directly with a credit card, as it depends on your location and many other factors (per PayPal policy). Due to this limitation of PayPal, we have enabled another world-renowned payment gateway, 2Checkout, which processes credit and debit cards directly, without a need for the account. Furthermore, we can also accept cryptocurrency bitcoin payments via Bitpay and direct bank deposits to our bank account.

How do you ship the products?

When you complete the order, our vendor usually needs between 3 and 5 business days to process it since all of the products are handmade + some of them require extra personalization. Once the order is processed, it is shipped directly from their workshop which is located in NY, USA. If you live in the USA, you will receive the order in the period from 7 until 19 business days since the moment you've paid for it. This period includes processing time and transit time via courier services (FedEx, DHL Express, USPS, etc.). Delivery time for the International orders lasts between 10 and 19 business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free within the United States. International delivery costs $15 for orders below $70, and it is free for orders above $70.

Do you accept returns?

Due to item personalization, we do not accept returns after you receive the product. However, if the received product is made with an error, like a typo or something similar, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with the return process. For more details read the full policy here.
