What's this website about?

Well, let's put it this way, it's the store of love. Sounds abstract, but actually it is exactly that, the store of love. Plus, we make cool blog posts about interesting love stories!

Who runs this website?

The same people who founded then called @love.romance.quotes Instagram account (now @cutelovegifts). We're 2 couples from Croatia. We prefer to stay private, but if you need to give us names, call us Ms. and Mr. Love, and Ms. and Mr. Romance.

Will you ever tell us your real names?

Maybe one day. ;)

Where are the products coming from?

Products are designed by us and manufactured by our partner print-on-demand company. Production takes place in the United States and European Union. We've aimed for uniqueness in design, durability of materials, and reliability of our partner company. All of the products are vetted for quality before being listed in the store.

How can I personalize the product I want to buy?

The products which can be personalized have the enabled option to personalize it directly on the product details page.

How I can pay?

We use PayPal as the main payment gateway, which means you can either pay with your PayPal account or directly by a credit or debit card. PayPal accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Not all customers are allowed to pay directly with a credit card, as it depends on your location and many other factors (per PayPal policy). Due to this limitation of PayPal, we have enabled another world-renowned payment gateway, 2Checkout, which processes credit and debit cards directly, without a need for the account. Furthermore, we can also accept cryptocurrency bitcoin payments via Bitpay and direct bank deposits to our bank account.

How do you ship the products?

When you complete the order, our partner usually needs between 1 and 3 business days to process it since all of the products are made and printed on demand. The shipping takes place afterwards and the duration of it depends on your location. It can take anything between 5 and 20 business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge internationally.

Do you accept returns?

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We do not accept the returns for buyer's remorse cause.
